Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
for a multi‑location sports organization.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and accountability.
Implement
structured recruiting processes , tools, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
Partner with leadership on
workforce planning , headcount forecasting, and recruiting analytics.
Champion the
employer brand
and drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Support onboarding and performance review processes to strengthen the employee lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of recruiting experience , including leadership roles in
fast‑paced, high‑growth environments .
Proven ability to
lead by example
while remaining hands‑on with critical searches.
Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
Experience creating
repeatable recruiting systems
and driving operational excellence.
Outgoing personality with confidence to coach and guide hiring managers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work on‑site and adapt to event schedules (nights/weekends as needed).
