Cash Accountant
Location: Bethesda, MD (In-office 4 days/week, Metro-accessible)
Base pay range: $34.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Summary: Seeking a Cash Accountant to handle all cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting activities. This role focuses exclusively on daily cash transactions and ensuring accurate, timely reconciliation across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
Record daily cash activity (deposits, disbursements, transfers).
Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations.
Reconcile data between
Kyriba ,
NetSuite , and bank statements.
Prepare cash reports and investigate discrepancies.
Support month‑end close related to cash.
Qualifications
1–3 years of cash accounting or reconciliation experience.
Experience with
Kyriba ,
NetSuite , and strong Excel skills preferred.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Must be able to start right away.
