What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for new business opportunities within your region
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members
Collaborate with partners and distributors to align sales strategies and goals
Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in closing deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience managing inside sales teams in a Channel environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate sales professionals
Solid understanding of the sales process and ability to optimize sales efforts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire a sales team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales tools
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Experience managing indirect sales efforts and building relationships with partners
Strategic thinking ability to align team efforts with business objectives
Strong coaching skills in areas like lead generation and closing sales
