Job Responsibilities
Lead and develop the inside sales management team, focusing on performance metrics and objectives
Create and communicate the department's vision and strategy to drive sales outcomes
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiencies
Manage cross‑functional communication to meet compliance and customer service goals
Oversee the timely exchange of information for reporting and process improvement
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years leading teams
Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing call metrics
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the department
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with vendor management and retail/mail order pharmacy operations
Familiarity with the diabetes industry or knowledge of diabetes treatment
Experience in developing training materials and technical documentation
Ability to coordinate internal resources for nationwide sales coverage
Strong hands‑on computer skills for analysis and reporting
