We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Herndon, VA, Seattle, WA or Berwick, PA to oversee data center build projects. You will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through scope and schedule creation, budget management, completed design, implementation, commissioning, and data center deployment. You will apply a variety of project‑management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in core disciplines such as scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking. Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint is required; experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver end‑to‑end data center builds.
Work with stakeholder teams to map dependencies, create and drive schedules, and think strategically to solve large challenges.
Maintain high organizational standards, attention to detail, and problem‑solving capability to dive deep into critical‑path items.
Make high‑impact judgments to deliver capacity to our end customers.
Qualifications
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery.
Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
