Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machining Programmer, based in Fremont, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves programming CNC machines, reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating milling machines, and refining machining processes to improve efficiency and quality. The CNC Machining Programmer will collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure precision and deliver high-quality results. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting programming issues and continuously improving machining workflows.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC Programming and general machining processes
5-10 years Experience with MasterCAM
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drawings and interpreting Engineering schematics
Hands‑on experience in Machining, Milling, and Programming techniques
Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of manufacturing workflows and ability to implement process improvements
Team collaboration and effective communication skillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Degree or certification in a related technical field is a plus
