Expert Solution Consultant
to help build the future of Adobe Agent Orchestrator (AO), our next-generation agentic architecture enabling intelligent, multi-agent workflows across the Experience Cloud. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy simplifying complex technology, guiding diverse stakeholders, and helping organizations confidently adopt AI.
Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise & Architecture Leadership
Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable expert on AO architecture and best practices.
Explain how large language models (LLMs) and AO’s reasoning engine function, including optimization and deployment considerations.
Explain how customers should adopt best practices inclusive of what type of data should be included to train our models, governance and privacy advisement.
Translate multi-agent system designs into clear stories and diagrams that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Multi-Agent Roadmap & Strategy
Provide customer-informed insights to Product and Engineering teams to help develop AO’s roadmap.
Communicate AO’s evolution across Experience Cloud and how it supports AI-first operating models.
Work within Adobe’s Digital Strategy group to help create and present to organizations how to understand capability sequencing, maturity milestones, and readiness considerations.
Governance & Responsible AI
Offer guidance on enterprise AI governance, including guardrails, auditability, human-in-the-loop approaches, and risk considerations.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT partners to ensure responsible use and alignment with corporate and industry standards.
Agent-to-Agent (A2A) & External MCP Flows
Support customers in understanding A2A orchestration concepts such as inter-agent communication, task hand-offs, and conflict resolution.
Explain how External MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server integrations connect AO with external tools, databases, and operational systems.
Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales Excellence
Lead inclusive and engaging technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions for audiences with varied backgrounds.
Develop demos that showcase AO’s orchestration capabilities and real-world applications.
Partner with Sales to shape opportunity strategy, accelerate POVs/POCs, and navigate technical barriers.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into scalable, well-governed AO architectures.
Internal Collaboration
Partner with Product and Engineering to provide field insights, emerging use-case patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Enable cross-functional teams through training, best-practice sharing, and reusable frameworks.
Contribute to an encouraging team culture grounded in learning, collaboration, and curiosity.
Required Qualifications
7–10+ years of experience in solution consulting, enterprise architecture, AI/ML architecture, or a related technical or customer-facing field.
Solid understanding of LLMs, reasoning engines, retrieval systems (RAG), prompt optimization, and AI safety concepts.
Familiarity with multi‑agent architectures or autonomous agent orchestration patterns.
Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool‑integration approaches, or external server flows.
Experience with enterprise governance, responsible AI frameworks, or related risk‑management practices.
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, inclusive, and accessible manner.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills across diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, AJO, RTCDP, AEM, or related martech/AI ecosystems.
Hands‑on work with LLM‑powered agents, retrieval systems, or tool‑based agent frameworks.
Familiarity with digital experience, personalization, customer journey, or marketing workflow use cases.
Pre‑sales, consulting, or architecture experience in a SaaS environment.
Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is
$178,200 – $289,000
annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
