What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as an expert on agentic architecture and best practices for Adobe Agent Orchestrator (AO)
Provide customer‑informed insights to Product and Engineering teams to develop AO’s roadmap
Offer guidance on enterprise AI governance and responsible use of AI technologies
Lead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions for diverse audiences
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and contribute to team culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
7–10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, AI/ML architecture, or a related technical field
Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), reasoning engines, and AI safety concepts
Familiarity with multi‑agent architectures or autonomous agent orchestration patterns
Experience with enterprise governance and responsible AI frameworks
Strong presentation and storytelling skills across diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, AJO, or related martech/AI ecosystems
Hands‑on work with LLM‑powered agents or retrieval systems
Familiarity with digital experience or marketing workflow use cases
Pre‑sales or consulting experience in a SaaS environment
