What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as an expert on Adobe Agent Orchestrator (AO) architecture and best practices

Provide customer‑informed insights to develop AO's roadmap and support AI‑first operating models

Guide enterprise AI governance and collaborate with IT partners on responsible use

Lead engaging technical presentations and workshops for diverse audiences

Partner with cross‑functional teams to share insights and contribute to a collaborative culture

What is Required (Qualifications)

7–10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or related technical/customer‑facing fields

Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI safety concepts

Familiarity with multi‑agent architectures and autonomous agent orchestration patterns

Experience with enterprise governance and responsible AI frameworks

Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills across diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or related martech/AI ecosystems

Hands‑on work with LLM‑powered agents or tool‑based agent frameworks

Familiarity with digital experience, personalization, or marketing workflow use cases

Pre‑sales, consulting, or architecture experience in a SaaS environment
