Role Overview This is a hybrid role located in Nashville, TN, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Qualified candidates located in Houston, TX may also be considered.

Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving process flows.

Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed requirements and use cases, as well as design continuous improvements over time.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders, support design, build, and testing.

Responsible for data migration support that pertains to EWM/MM.

Implement best practices in process design to enhance operational efficiency, and provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Ability to design and implement warehouse processes using EWM best practices.

Experience with EWM master data (product, inventory, resources).

Familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, TM).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience, or an associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience.

Bonus Points

Implementation experience in SAP MM (Materials Management) in addition to SAP EWM.

Strong proficiency in the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA) model.

Experience in SAP EWM, business process design, and process design mapping and analysis, with intermediate proficiency in business process analysis tools.

Involvement in a full life-cycle SAP EWM implementation.

Experience in an industrial manufacturing industry setting.

Compensation and Location Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. For reference, the following ranges apply:

California: $63,800 to $196,000

Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800

Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300

District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300

Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300

Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300

Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300

Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300

New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $196,000

Washington: $68,000 to $180,300

Nashville, TN: (salary will be discussed during interview)

Houston, TX: (salary will be discussed during interview)
