Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Business Development Representative at TempAI. In this position, you will engage in lead generation and identification of potential clients, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth by strategically positioning TempAI's solutions. Daily tasks will include researching prospects, conducting outreach calls or emails, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development

Strong skills in Communication and Sales, including negotiation and relationship-building

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Adept at using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms

Familiarity with high-stakes sales and experience with AI-based solutions is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
