Clinical Sales Specialist
Full Time | Field-Based | Specialty Sales
Overview:
Seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support education and adoption of a specialty therapy within a highly targeted patient population. The role focuses on engaging healthcare providers and care teams through clinical discussions, strategic territory planning, and guidance on available patient support resources.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory strategy with prioritized customer engagement
Educate providers on clinical data, product use, and support services
Lead one‑on‑one meetings, group discussions, and virtual/in‑person programs
Meet assigned sales and activity objectives
Partner effectively with cross‑functional field colleagues
Maintain compliant communication, accurate documentation, and responsible budget management
Requirements:
5+ years specialty or biopharma sales experience
Experience with complex therapies or access pathways preferred
Proven track record of sales performance
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively within the territory
