Base pay range:
$170,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Sales Specialist with expertise in Cardiology, Rare Disease, or Rheumatology to join our team at a high-growth, commercialized biopharmaceutical company that’s redefining patient outcomes through science, innovation, and compassion.
The incumbent will report to the Regional Sales Director and play a pivotal role in educating healthcare providers about a breakthrough therapy for heart failure, driving disease awareness, sharing product efficacy and safety information, and delivering an exceptional customer and patient experience across the assigned territory.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with commercial goals.
Educate cardiologists, rheumatologists, and institutional decision‑makers on product features, benefits, and administration.
Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers as a reliable partner.
Collaborate closely with medical and market access teams to drive alignment across the field.
Identify and engage key opinion leaders in the recurrent pericarditis space.
Deliver engaging clinical education to nurses and staff on product preparation and administration.
Maintain strong market and disease state expertise to inform business planning and discussions.
Qualifications / Requirements
5+ years of biopharma sales experience
(specialty experience required; cardiology a plus).
Proven success
in territory and strategic account management.
Experience demonstrating
reconstitution and injection
processes.
Strong understanding of the
patient and provider landscape .
A track record of
launch excellence
and collaboration across internal and external teams.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
