About the role Managing global workforces is increasingly complex. As a member of the People Consulting you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences and a supportive environment.
The Opportunity As a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas, including HR technical strategies, HRIS selection, and payroll management to reduce costs and risks.
Your Key Responsibilities You will be a key resource on large‑scale system related projects. Deliver quality client service, insightful solutions, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, lead teams, and build relationships.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Demonstrate technical competencies in payroll; take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global payroll client challenges
Generate profitable revenue through follow‑on engagements and lasting client relationships
Lead payroll project workstreams from planning through implementation – managing resources and budgets
Influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for payroll transformation initiatives
Encourage and facilitate collaboration and an inclusive environment
Contribute to business development through proposals and presentations
Qualifications
Relevant professional experience (Big 4, global payroll vendor, etc.) with large‑scale project exposure
10+ years of experience
Success in current role with at least one capability
Bachelor’s degree and relevant postgraduate qualification
Willingness to travel and balanced hybrid environment
Preferred
Project management experience with global payroll projects
Knowledge of payroll technology vendors (ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday)
Large‑scale project management experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
