Explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques to solve complex challenges across the organization
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and translate vision into actionable plans
Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to meet product and business needs
Mentor team members on design principles and coding standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in software engineering
Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
Background in AI/LLM infrastructure
Strong technical skills in system design and coding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience navigating rapid company growth from startup to mid-size
Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB
