Job Summary Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration of direct patient care activities, nursing practice, and nursing education and development across the organization. Drives, supports, and models a culture focused on quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience. Participates in strategic planning that supports the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Drives high-quality patient care and cost-effective patient care while overseeing nursing staff.

Essential Functions

Directs all nursing service activities.

Collaborates with other disciplines to implement programs, policies, and procedures that assess, meet, and evaluate the patient care needs of the patient population served.

Ensures the flow of information and decision-making is bidirectional and horizontal among professional nurses at the bedside, the leadership team, and the CNO.

Implements strategies to improve nursing service functions.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required AND Master's Degree in Related Field of Study required.

Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.

5–7 years of nursing management experience required.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Ability to manage, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve superior results.

Excellent interpersonal skills required.

Proficient analytical and data‑driven thinker.

Excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
