Salary Range : $187,000 to $205,000 annually. Base pay is determined by a comprehensive approach that considers skills, experience, education, certification, and other factors. The figure provided is an estimate based on minimum qualifications and does not reflect the total compensation package.

Job Summary Responsible for leadership, direction, and administration of direct patient care activities, nursing practice, and nursing education and development across the organization. Drives a culture focused on quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience; participates in strategic planning that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.

Essential Functions

Direct all nursing service activities.

Collaborate with other disciplines to design and implement programs, policies, and procedures that assess, meet, and evaluate patient care needs.

Ensure bidirectional and horizontal flow of information and decision‑making among professional nurses, leadership, and the CNO.

Implement strategies to enhance nursing service functions.

Qualifications

Education : Master’s Degree in Nursing OR Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing + Master’s Degree in a related field.

Registered Nurse license (State License). No allowance for experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience in nursing management: 5‑7 years required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Effective collaboration with stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Ability to manage, motivate, and inspire teams.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, data‑driven thinking, judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
