General Manager – Domino's Pizza – oversee store operations, including cost controls, inventory management, customer relations, staffing, and safety. This leadership role provides a path from Assistant Manager to Franchise Owner.
Job Description In this role you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Key activities include:
Managing cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer service.
Maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Ensuring team attendance & punctuality and proper training.
Marketing, profitability, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate all equipment and handle product preparation.
Stock ingredients, take inventory, and complete paperwork.
Answer telephone orders and drive deliveries.
Enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.
Maintain supply chain logistics, including ordering and receiving.
Lead staff in safety and operational procedures.
Develop budgets, schedules, and product pricing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Strong mathematics skills – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.
Motor coordination and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Experience in retail or food service preferred.
Physical & Working Conditions
Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Work involves exposure to hot surfaces, cooking equipment, and handling ingredients.
May require driving, stair climbing, and operating dollies.
Work may be performed in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
