What will the Network Solutions Analyst do?
Field computer-related questions regarding eBanking software, PC network software, and hardware Aid in installation, maintenance, upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network servers, PCs, and peripherals Assist with time-sensitive IT tasks, backup procedures, and period-end testing for the Core system Serve as primary Help Desk support for technical issues and overflow requests Review daily security reports from tools such as:
Netwrix Firewall Analyzer Cisco Defender
Manage Umbrella Web Content Filtering changes Assist with implementation of new projects:
Help Desk product rollout New phone system deployment Digital signature integration across the organization MFA login rollout for network access
Manage M365 environment and SharePoint security changes Assist with IT audits and compliance initiatives Provide ITM/ATM technical support Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system problems
What we need in a Network Solutions Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent technical certifications Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or similar role Strong understanding of network infrastructure, connectivity, and security Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and Microsoft technologies (M365, Active Directory, Group Policies) Familiarity with security tools (Netwrix, Cisco Defender, Firewall Analyzer) Ability to manage and implement access control policies Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Bonus Points:
Experience with SD-WAN design and implementation Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, Security+) Knowledge of IT audit processes and compliance standards
