About the Practice The Intellectual Property group assists clients with the full lifecycle of their IP assets, from acquisition and protection to enforcement, licensing, and strategic commercialization. Opportunity The Dallas office is seeking a mid-to-senior-level associate to join its Intellectual Property team, with a focus on patent work. The role includes supporting complex IP disputes, such as patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and false advertising matters, while also assisting with patent prosecution and patent-related transactions. Associates in this practice gain exposure to high-impact work, collaboration with cross-border teams, and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to major litigation and strategic projects.
Qualifications
Background in patent matters, including litigation or disputes
Experience with patent prosecution or transactional patent work is a plus
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignments
Admission to the Texas Bar or ability to waive in
