Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Qualifications
B.S. in engineering or equivalent or has five years progressive experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competent estimating Underground Wet Utilities, Storm, Sewer, Water projects.
Proficient with computing costs, calculating figures and amounts that include interest and percentages.
Negotiated project experience, including technical writing skills.
Responsibilities
Able to perform all essential Senior Estimator job responsibilities.
Estimate and establish budgets and contract price.
Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
Shop drawing approval and material delivery.
Maintain the project schedule and budget.
Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and procedures.
Develop strong working relationships with clientele and contractors.
