What You Will Do

Draft, review, edit, and negotiate commercial customer agreements, such as (but not limited to): sales contracts, amendments, reseller agreements, pricing agreements, contract renewals, and customer requests for proposals.

Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend innovative solutions and best practices; assess and lead initiatives to improve contracting processes and tools.

Train and advise commercial teams on agreement structure, templates, risks, and alternatives; provide training, mentorship, and 2nd‑tier support to other contracts team members.

Ensure compliance with the contracts approval policy and other company policies; solicit buy‑in from cross‑functional stakeholders.

Work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations.

Who You Are

Possess a law degree (Juris Doctorate or equivalent).

2+ years’ experience with commercial contract review, redlining, and drafting, including local, regional, and global agreements.

2+ years’ experience with contract negotiations and external client engagement.

Demonstrable experience using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative contract solutions, and to prioritize competing demands from multiple sources in a fast‑paced environment.

Possess advanced writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail; English language fluency.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

The healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or life sciences industry.

The use of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and/or an SFDC‑based contract lifecycle management system.

The annual salary range for this role is $105,000.00-$120,000.00. This range represents the compensation we believe is possible for this role at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
