Job Details Hybrid – Civil Engineer

Responsibilities
Developing design concepts and producing contract documents based on client needs.
Managing and coordinating with teams to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
Conducting land surveys and site development activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Utilizing software such as MicroStation, 2D AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, InRoads, and Roadway for design purposes.
Implementing innovative engineering solutions to resolve complex technical issues.
Preparing and presenting detailed reports on the progress of projects.
Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
Ensuring projects run according to schedule and budgets.
Applying expert knowledge of design principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.
Appraising the feasibility and advisability of recommending, scheduling, and carrying out engineering projects.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, specifically within the finance industry.
Professional Engineering license required.
Proficiency in MicroStation, 2D AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, InRoads, and Roadway.
Solid understanding of land surveying and site development.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and make sound engineering decisions.
