Job Responsibilities
Handle all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and maintenance of the store.
Maintain a perfect store image, adhere to standards, provide great customer service, and ensure proper attendance and punctuality.
Keep the store clean, manage marketing activities, and work towards profitability.
Train new staff and conduct orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Essential Functions & Skills
Perform accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); use a calculator if needed.
Provide correct monetary change and process orders via phone or in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and navigate the delivery area with a map.
Coordinate motor movements and details with speed and precision.
Communicate clearly in written and verbal form with customers and co‑workers.
Physical & Work Conditions Preparing ingredients, loading and unloading deliveries, and handling hot equipment require standing, walking, lifting, and carrying tasks ranging up to 50 lbs. The environment includes temperature variations, exposure to food odors, and the need to navigate stairs and fit into confined spaces.
