General Manager
Your mission is to lead, inspire, and ensure that the team meets performance standards at Domino's. Whether you are organizing store operations or motivating employees, you will be the driving force behind excellent customer service and profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee all shift operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, cost controls, inventory and cash management.
Lead staffing, training, scheduling and paperwork for all staff members.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety and brand standards.
Execute marketing and promotions initiatives and monitor store profitability.
Provide exemplary customer service and resolve customer issues.
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
Coordinate and supervise delivery operations and vehicle maintenance.
Execute transportation to and from work.
Groceries/Store Team Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare quality product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Fast and accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to make precise monetary change.
Strong verbal, writing and telephone skills for processing orders.
Fine motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
Keyboard and touchscreen proficiency for order entry.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain and deliver products safely.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather.
Temperature variations between 36°F and 90°F+ in store and outdoor areas.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust and spills.
Control over hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Work with cramped spaces and walk‑in coolers.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, bend, crouch, reach.
Lift up to 50 lbs; push up to 7.5 lbs; climb multiple flights of stairs.
Good vision, hearing, depth perception, night vision for driving.
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
