About the Job As General Manager, you will own the full shift experience—cost control, inventory, cash management, customer relations, staff training, and adherence to company policies. You will be the face of Domino’s, ensuring a welcoming environment, delicious products, and profitable operations.
Responsibilities
Lead all cost controls, inventory and cash control processes.
Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and punctuality.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Execute local marketing initiatives and promote sales.
Ensure effective customer service and resolve escalations.
Follow all Domino’s policies and procedures consistently.
Qualifications
Experience operating all store equipment.
Familiarity with inventory management and paperwork.
Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for change and monetary transactions.
Proficiency in computer or touch‑screen order entry.
Ability to train staff and orient newcomers.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift required loads.
Essential Skills
Accurate arithmetic and change handling.
Verbal, written, and telephone order processing.
Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying temperatures (36–90°F) and weather conditions.
Fumes from cooked food, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Requires movement in cramped areas, walk‑in coolers, and handling hot equipment.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
Frequent reaching, bending, and hand coordination for pizza assembly and order processing.
Driving requirements: a valid driver’s license and access to a company‑insured vehicle.
