ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our team at Domino’s Pizza. The role requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy guiding a team, this could be your next step.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% and set a positive example for crew.
Staff the store, handle paperwork, manage schedules and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Coordinate marketing, profitability analysis, and customer service initiatives.
Perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stock management, order processing, and facility cleaning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & SKILLS
Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide for orders and sales.
Provide correct monetary change and process orders verbally and in writing.
Use a computer or touch screen to enter orders quickly and accurately.
Navigate maps, locate customer addresses, and deliver orders safely within the designated area.
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Maintain motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
WORK CONDITIONS
Variable weather and temperature extremes when working outside.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Operate in cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking, and occasional climbing for deliveries.
Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and carrying of heavy items.
Regular reaching, stooping, and squatting.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for delivery functions.
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES Assistant Managers can advance to General Manager, Franchise Owner, or Corporate Operations roles.
