What’s the job?
Operate as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy
Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, clarity, and a people-first mindset
Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and talent planning
Analyze people data/metrics to identify trends and guide decision-making
Support and improve talent programs including performance management, calibration, and L&D
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute people initiatives across the business
Refine policies to ensure compliance and culture alignment
Guide teams through change with empathy and consistent communication
Lead strategic people projects designed to elevate the employee experience
What’s needed?
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years HR experience
Start up experience required
Proven success supporting leaders in high-growth or scaling environments
Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience with performance management, ER, engagement, and L&D
Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
Team-first approach with a proactive, consultative mindset
