LaSalle Network is hiring for a HCM Consultant to support a consulting firm and their client undergoing a multi-year ERP transformation. This six-month contract is ideal for those who thrive in complex, enterprise environments and enjoy balancing strategy with execution.
As an HCM Consultant, you will step into a critical leadership seat, advancing the HCM workstream tied to a long-term ERP implementation. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR transformation leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves.
What You’ll Do
Lead and advance the HCM workplan within an enterprise-wide ERP implementation
Oversee process design, documentation and refinement to support Workday readiness
Partner closely with HR, Payroll and Learning stakeholders to ensure alignment
Provide leadership continuity during a planned leave, minimizing disruption
Collaborate with internal leaders, consultants and implementation partners
Support change management and organizational readiness efforts
What You’ll Need
Senior-level HR or HCM leadership experience (Director level or above)
Proven experience supporting ERP or large-scale HCM implementations (Workday preferred)
Strong understanding of payroll, learning and core HCM processes
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed and politically nuanced organizations
Healthcare experience required
