Serving as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees Managing employee relations matters including investigations, performance management and corrective action for hourly and salaried staff Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment law compliance Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and day-to-day HR operations Supporting engagement, retention and HR process improvement initiatives Maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems Qualifications
5+ years of HR Generalist experience Experience supporting both hourly and salaried populations Strong employee relations and compliance background Experience in staffing, professional services or fast‑paced environments preferred Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in downtown Chicago Paylocity experience highly preferred Excellent communication, judgment and organizational skills What’s in it for me?
