Attorney
with
2+ years of personal injury experience
to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with
serious and catastrophic injury matters , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer
Salary range: $95,000-$160,000, contingent on experience and bonuses Comprehensive health benefits Life insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with percentage match Confidential counseling services and mental health support Financial guidance resources Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school Member of the Florida Bar At least 2+ years of personal injury experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Professionalism and a commitment to client service Experience evaluating claim values Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Responsibilities
Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare for mediations and settlement discussions Conduct witness interviews and depositions, prepare clients for depositions, and provide legal counsel throughout the litigation process Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed and collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigation If interested, please apply to this job posting and/or email an updated resume directly to
