Base pay $165,000.00/yr – $195,000.00/yr

$195K base salary targeting 1,900 flexible hours with performance bonuses averaging $25K–$40K, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and hybrid schedule (3 days in modern Brickell office)
Day‑to‑Day
Lead commercial breach and partnership dissolution cases from complaint through discovery and motion practice in Miami‑Dade Circuit
Draft and argue summary judgment motions on contract interpretation, fiduciary duty, and unfair competition claims
Conduct depositions of executives and adverse witnesses in business tort and shareholder disputes
Manage e‑discovery and coordinate forensic accountants in fraud and valuation matters
Prepare trial strategies including jury instructions, exhibit organization, and witness preparation for multi‑million‑dollar commercial trials
