JRI’s In‑Home Behavioral Services Our program is a dedicated home‑based initiative focused on helping youth recognize and manage challenging behaviors. The team collaborates closely with the child and their family to develop and execute personalized behavior plans aimed at enhancing the child’s overall functioning. Our treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.

Compensation The pay range for this position is

$24.00

to

$28.00

per hour. The sign‑on bonus:

$1,000

paid after 6 months of employment.

Schedule This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings. While weekend hours are available, they are not mandatory. The schedule is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team to deliver trauma‑informed care to youth exhibiting challenging and difficult behaviors.

Implement home and community‑based behavioral interventions to empower caregivers in managing these behaviors and fostering positive alternatives for success.

Partner with Behavioral Therapists to coach and model interventions grounded in a positive behavioral perspective, viewed through a trauma‑informed lens.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.

A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field is required.

Minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, familiarity with technology and willingness to learn different electronic systems.

Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families.

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.

Background and driving record checks will be performed.
