Location:

Miami area (first 6–9 months on-site at an active commercial project)

A Miami Beach–based real estate development and general contracting firm is looking for a talented

Assistant Project Manager

with a background in Architecture or Construction Management. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands‑on construction experience and a long‑term path into real estate development.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the Project Manager in keeping projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Assist with coordination of subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily field operations.

Help maintain project logs, schedules, RFIs, punch lists, and quality control documentation.

Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants.

Step in to support field or administrative tasks as needed — every day is different.

What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction or design.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Ability to read plans, understand codes, and communicate clearly with field teams.

Proficiency in basic computer programs; AutoCAD and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
