Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Location: Hybrid, some time in Grand Rapids, MI office

We’re looking for a hungry, visionary sales leader to join EverFriends.ai as VP of Sales — someone who thrives in lightning‑fast, high‑growth environments and is energized by the chance to build something big from the ground up.

— This is a role to create from scratch. You will define and own sales strategy, structure, culture, and metrics.

What we need you to do

Lead the design and execution

of a scalable sales strategy tailored to both B2C‑ and B2B‑adjacent use cases.

Build, recruit, and manage a high‑performing sales team

(SDRs, Account Executives, possibly Customer Success), and instill a culture of accountability, data‑driven performance, and teamwork.

Develop and own full sales funnel

— from lead generation and outreach to closing contracts and managing renewals/upsell.

Establish pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies

in coordination with product and marketing.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success

teams to surface market feedback and shape product roadmap.

Build and manage forecasting, CRM, and sales operations

— define KPIs, track performance, manage pipeline, and report to leadership and investors.

Identify and build strategic partnerships , alliances, or channel opportunities that accelerate growth.

Represent EverFriends.ai externally

— with investors, at conferences, and with prospective partners.

What you bring to the table

8–12+ years of sales leadership experience

— ideally scaling a SaaS or AI‑driven platform, from early‑stage to growth phase.

Proven track record

of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and scaling teams.

Comfort working in early‑stage/founder‑led environments

— resourceful, hands‑on, and skilled at turning rough ideas into structured execution.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

— pricing, packaging, go‑to‑market strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.

Excellent communication and relationship building

— adept at negotiating deals and managing key partners.

Data‑driven mindset

— using metrics to guide decisions and optimize processes.

Technical fluency

— comfortable understanding and communicating AI‑based value propositions.

Leadership and culture‑building ability

— mentors others, attracts top talent, and fosters a team climate of ambition, collaboration, and excellence.
