Job Description And Duties
The California Department of Corrections Rehabilitation (CDCR) Headquarters has implemented an automated system (Human Resources Technology System – HRTS) to streamline the hiring process. Candidates must set up an HRTS account to track their application, provide additional information, and coordinate interviews. The position is eligible for hybrid telework; employees will be required to work in-person at least two days per week and report to the office as needed.
