SV Academy has partnered with a leader in the Employee Experience space in their search for a new Sales Development Representative. They’ve grown from their 2019 launch with just 35 customers to serving hundreds of companies worldwide, earning “Challenger” status in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant. Customers include large enterprise and frontline-heavy organizations such as McDonald’s and EasyJet.

What You’ll Gain

As an SDR, you’ll be the front line of our partner’s revenue engine — prospecting new business, qualifying leads, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to target key industries and accounts, and you’ll learn the full sales cycle from experts who’ve built world‑class teams before.

You’ll be responsible for

Connecting with prospective clients across the U.S. via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Building and helping shape the partner’s evolving Sales strategy

Educating potential customers on high‑impact SaaS solutions

Qualifying leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

Meeting and exceed outreach and conversion targets

Learning CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce and Outreach

Who You Are

Based in or near Boston, MA and excited to join a rapidly‑growing sales team at an exciting Series A startup

Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office per week

Adaptable: Our partner’s at a stage where Sales Tactics, Messaging and Outreach strategies shift frequently to test new avenues for growth

Proactive & Accountable: A strong sense of ownership over your work & a willingness to experiment with new ideas

Strong communicator, confident in outreach and cold calling

Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning

Tech‑comfortable and goal‑oriented

Full‑time availability in Boston

Passion for sales, business development, or technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Prior Sales experience or internships are a bonus

Compensation $55,000-$82,500
