SV Academy has partnered with a leader in the Employee Experience space to expand their Sales Development team in Boston. The company has grown from 35 customers in 2019 to hundreds worldwide and earned “Challenger” status in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant. Customers include major enterprises such as McDonald’s and EasyJet.

No prior experience required.

Base pay range:

$55,000.00/yr – $82,500.00/yr

Responsibilities

Connecting with prospective clients across the U.S. via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Building and helping shape the partner’s evolving Sales strategy

Educating potential customers on high-impact SaaS solutions

Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for Account Executives

Meeting and exceeding outreach and conversion targets

Learning CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach

Who You Are

Based in or near Boston, MA

Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office per week

Adaptable to shifting sales tactics, messaging, and outreach strategies

Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over your work

Strong communicator, confident in outreach and cold calling

Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning

Tech‑comfortable and goal‑oriented

Full‑time availability in Boston

Passionate about sales, business development, or technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Prior sales experience or internships are a bonus
