American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a WA or compact license and level 1 trauma and neuro experience for a rotating day/night shift assignment. Responsibilities

Work in a 25-bed Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room within a large teaching hospital Handles heavy ortho, spine, and neuro cases with a typical case volume of 60-70 No cardiac or transplant cases in this unit Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, with potential start times at 6:45, 8:45, 10:45 AM or 6:45 PM Weekend shifts required as part of the regular schedule Travelers are expected to be flexible for unit needs with no block scheduling available Uses Epic EMR and Pyxis medication system Main duties include circulating for high‑acuity ortho, spine, and neuro surgeries No call or floating requirements within this assignment scope Hospital provides facility‑issued scrubs Holiday coverage required; travelers may receive 1 of 3 major holidays off and must be highly flexible, especially for Christmas Maximum of 6 days RTO allowed, with strict holiday blackout and no RTO during orientation week Prior staff must have a separation of at least 18 months before returning as a traveler All candidates complete an orientation including Epic module Offsite parking available with weekday shuttle service Requirements

Active WA RN license or compact license with WA state requirements fulfilled (including 6‑hour suicide prevention training, if needed) Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience required, with prior level 1 trauma and neuro experience Circulating skills required Prior experience with Epic charting preferred COVID vaccination and booster required First‑time travelers accepted Benefits
