GENERAL SUMMARY:

The MMA PT Sales Admin is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through coaching supervision. MMA PT Sales Admins deliver great member service along with Private Training and supplement revenue, address member concerns, employee relations issues, and oversee scheduling and time‑keeping activities. They communicate and enforce company and club policies, manage revenue goals for private training and supplements, and maintain 7 days/week availability, including mornings and nights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sell and conduct private training and small group training with members.

Execute prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and close sales; assist with staff turnover process.

Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients to full programs.

Prospect members in person and digitally to generate appointments for personal training programs.

Accurately administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.

Assist in revenue‑generating activities: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops.

Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.

Review daily club sales performance and employee statistics with the Fitness Manager / Vice President.

Administer company policies related to the sales process.

Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring optimal time‑management and service delivery.

Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or service visits.

Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.

Oversight of full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments.

Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and financial goals are met.

Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals; conduct meetings with coaches to review performance.

Handle member service matters: tours, explain services, sign up for training agreements, mediate issues.

Perform administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas.

Alert operations staff of repairs and maintenance; conduct facility walkthroughs.

Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures; perform monitoring checks of club systems and employee performance.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

The MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and enforces all policy and procedures with the coaching team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

In‑depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.

In‑depth experience and thorough MMA technical ability related to striking/grappling (MMA PT Sales Manager only).

Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.

Knowledge of company policies, including emergency and safety procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

Strong customer service focus; respond professionally to requests and inquiries.

Clear communication; follows oral and written instructions; concise.

Strong organizational skills; basic record‑keeping practices; ability to prioritize tasks.

Computer proficiency; basic Microsoft Word & Excel.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of one certification recognized by UFC Gym.

Current CPR/AED certification.

High school diploma or GED.

Four‑year degree in a related field (preferred).

Minimum two years of related experience; management/employee relations experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regular standing during duties.

Lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, spot, and stand/walk for prolonged periods; lift or move up to 45+ lbs.
