General Summary The MMA Sales Admin Manager ensures a positive customer experience personally and through coach supervision. They deliver excellent member service, private training, supplement sales, and handle member concerns, employee relations, scheduling, time‑keeping, and communication of company policies. The position requires 7‑day‑a‑week availability, including both mornings and nights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sell and conduct private and small‑group training with members.

Execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete sales for staff through the turn‑over process.

Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs to hand off to coaching staff.

Prospect members in person or digitally to generate complimentary consultations and sell personal training programs.

Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.

Assist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, and workshops.

Achieve monthly revenue objectives set by the company for private training and supplements.

Review daily club sales performance with the Fitness Manager, VP of Fitness, and staff to identify issues and clarify behaviors needed to achieve goals.

Administer company policies related to the sales process.

Independently schedule and manage client appointments for optimal service delivery.

Coordinate direct client sessions, meetings, or service visits according to availability.

Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.

Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for clients.

Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and the club meets financial goals.

Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals and conduct meetings with coaches to review performance and operations.

Handle member service matters such as tours, explaining services, and signing up members for training agreements and appointments.

Mediating member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate.

Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties as needed.

Alert operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs; conduct daily facility walk‑throughs.

Supervise coach sales activities; review agreements and prepare daily paperwork.

Comply with club operating procedures and perform compliance checks through monitoring of systems and employee performance.

Organization Relationships The MMA Sales Admin Manager reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and communicates company policies with the coaching team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees.

Required Qualifications

In‑depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.

In‑depth MMA technical ability related to striking/grappling (MMA Sales Admin Manager only).

Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.

Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

Strong customer service focus; professional response to guests, members, and staff.

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; clear and concise communication.

Strong organizational skills; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Adherence to meal and rest break periods; must clock in and out for all shift times.

Minimum one certification recognized by UFC Gym.

Current CPR/AED certification.

High school diploma or GED.

Four‑year degree in a related field (preferred).

Minimum two years of related experience.

Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Physical stamina to stand regularly and lift up to 45+ lbs; ability to squat, bend, reach, and spot.
