Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role will help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its evolving competitive landscape.
Location & Compensation Madison, WI – Salary: $88,868.78–$93,842.32 (based on experience)
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
