In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Epic is looking for an exceptional litigator to join our legal team in Madison, WI.
The role supports Epic’s expansion across a rapidly changing industry, managing litigation and regulatory matters, and advising on competitive strategy.
The position requires relocation to Madison, with full relocation assistance provided.
Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate all litigation and regulatory matters for Epic. • Draft motions, briefs, and conduct oral arguments. • Lead settlement negotiations and trial advocacy. • Counsel on evolving legal risks related to Epic’s product offerings.
Qualifications
3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Strong academic and professional background.
Attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
