Senior Mechanical Engineer

to lead the design, development, and production release of new products and custom solutions. This is a high-impact role with significant new-platform work and extensive ownership across the full product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Lead full product cycles from concept development through tooling release. Design sheet metal and injection-molded plastic components. Develop mechanical solutions that integrate tightly with electronic assemblies. Drive accelerated project timelines and take full ownership of mechanical deliverables. Generate new 3D models and execute DFM, while also modifying and improving existing models. Create mechanical engineering specifications and develop multiple design concepts across the product line. Own both new product development and ongoing product maintenance activities. Produce and release 2D drawings; validate samples and finished products. Work hands-on with the design team to build, refine, and validate prototypes. Ensure all engineering work aligns with internal procedures, standards, and schedules. Create and maintain component documentation, validation reports, and Product Change Notifications. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional product outcomes. Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 7 years of experience designing injection-molded, sheet metal, and machined parts. 7 years of mechanical design experience (ideally within SolidWorks). Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, mold design, tooling, and production processes. Skilled at integrating electronic components into mechanical systems. What We Offer
