Client Service Associate

Position Overview The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and maintaining positive relationships. This role involves assisting with client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with inquiries and provide prompt responses to their needs

Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately

Maintain and update client records in the system

Work closely with advisors to support their client service needs

Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

Provide training and guidance to clients on using our services and platforms

Assist in the development of client service materials and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Series 65 license preferred

Previous experience in a client service or support role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software
