Our client is seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee on-site operations for a major
manufacturing and distribution center project
in the Dallas area. This role ensures projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . Qualifications: ·
5–8 years
of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role. · Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture . · Solid knowledge of
construction methods, cost control, and safety regulations . · Proficiency in
Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Procore, and cost accounting software . · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
