Director‑level leadership role at high‑volume ophthalmology surgery center
Weekday schedule starting at 7 am, 8‑hour shifts with no call
Board‑certified anesthesiologist with ophthalmology or ambulatory surgery experience
Physician‑only team with strong support from 3 CRNAs
Primarily ophthalmology procedures (95% of cases)
