ASO Roofing Supply is a fast-growing, family-owned roofing materials distributor serving professional roofing contractors across Houston and surrounding areas. We take pride in offering reliable service, great pricing, and a customer-first experience.

We're looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator who will be the first impression of ASO — greeting customers, managing calls, and supporting our internal team. This is a key role in the company's next chapter, with opportunities to grow in administration or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries to the correct team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and lobby area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing invoices or delivery tickets.
• Support the sales team by entering new customer information and taking messages or small orders when needed.
• Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general office coordination.
• Ensure a positive, professional first impression for everyone who visits or contacts ASO Roofing Supply.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
• Friendly, organized, and professional communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in an office, receptionist, or customer service role preferred (construction industry a plus).
• Basic computer skills (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office).
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–22/hour depending on experience.
• Monday–Friday schedule (full-time) & Saturday as needed
• Stable, family-oriented work environment.
