Develop and execute the GCR Channel strategy to achieve business growth targets Communicate Autodesk’s strategy to partners and establish mutual targets for success Cultivate relationships with key partner executives and guide their strategic direction Oversee partner pipeline strategy and ensure data-driven decision-making Manage and mentor Partner Account Managers to achieve quotas and foster professional growth What is Required (Qualifications)

BA/BS degree; MBA preferred 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Channel leadership role within a technology environment Proven experience managing a partner sales team Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
