Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, ensuring all operations run smoothly and customer satisfaction remains high. The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Oversee all cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
Set the example by following all policies and procedures.
Staff management: hiring, scheduling, performance reviews.
Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitability.
Maintain a perfect image and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in retail or food service management.
Strong math skills for cash handling and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate equipment and use POS systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if delivery role is included.
Essential Functions / Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly; correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone order processing; computer keyboard or touch screen proficiency.
Work Conditions Varying temperatures, occasional exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, and use of mechanical parts.
Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying trays, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs.
